“To anyone considering a “classic” southern style turkey hunt, look no further. Dave and Jim are outstanding hosts! The property provides a wide range of diverse locations in which to hunt. The guides are knowledgeable of the area and strive to provide you with the kind of hunt that you want. The accommodations are comfortable, the food delicious, and most important the people are fantastic. Everyone went out of their way to see to it that we (and our non-hunting wives) had a great visit, and they were successful! Looking forward to a return trip.”

“Dear Dave and Jim,
I have been in the service business all of my life and have always tried to keep my customers experience a great one. It is nice to see when I spend my money that a company like yours reciprocates!! I have been to your lodge four times and have not been disapppointed but simply delighted. The “experience” should be the main focus of anyone seeking an outfitter, for if you take away the experience then your just a “meat hunter” and you should stay home and go to your local market.
I would highly recommend the Southern Sportsman Lodge to anyone seeking that “ideal experience”, Great home cooked food, concerned, safe and understanding guides, clean comfortable lodging and all at a very “High value” for your dollar!!
